Abstract
Introduction. Socioeconomic development of Ukraine under conditions of relations extension with EU.
Purpose. To analyse positive shifts as well as risks in socioeconomic development of Ukraine under conditions of relations extension with EU.
Results. Described positive shifts and potential possibilities of the Ukrainian economy under conditions of relations extension with EU; argued the necessity to borrow more actively the experience of EU as regards economic development under globalization conditions.
Originality. Revealed problems concerning implementation of separate provisions of Ukraine-EU Association Agreement.
Conclusion. Implementation of the Agreement provisions will enable Ukraine to perform rapid shifts in the economic development and raising of population living standards.
