Money-and-credit safety as constituent of financial safety of the state

Abstract
It is well-proven in the article, that money-and-credit safety is one of key ingredients of subsystem of financial safety. The theoretical aspects of safety of money-and-credit sector are investigational and their influence is certain on financial safety of the state. Essence of money-and-credit safety is certain as component financial safety of the state. The walkthrough of approaches of home and foreign scientists is carried out, in relation to interpretation of concept «financial safety» and «money-and-credit safety». The basic constituents of financial safety of the state are considered, in particular bank safety, safety of unbank financial sector, promissory safety, budgetary safety, currency safety, money-and-credit safety. Basic terms over of providing of money-and-credit safety are brought. Influence of «dollarization» of economy of the state is certain on money-and-credit strength security.
