Agricultural development exchange trading sale in Ukraine

Abstract
In the article the problem aspects of the exchange trading in an agricultural produces development are exposed in Ukraine. It is indicated on the lacks of separate normatively-legal acts, which regulate exchange trade at the agrarian market. Reasons of the uneffective functioning of commodity exchanges are educed. Theoretical and methodological positions as to development of the electronic commerce’s system or e-exchange an agricultural produce are reasonable.Advantages of electronic exchange trade before other forms of wholesales organization at the agrarian market are exposed. The necessity of process co-ordination and control of electronic exchanges organization and functioning from the side of the state is indicated.
