THE MAIN DIRECTIONS AND METHODS OF MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Introduction. One of the determining factors of economic development is the social culture and its constituent, organizational culture, which samorehulyuye activity of economic entities, enterprises provides stability and the stability of labor collectives. The proof of this is the author's analysis of light industry enterprises. He argues that between organizational culture and performance of economic stability, there is a direct relationship: the higher the level of organizational culture, the better operating performance businesses and vice versa. In addition, studies confirm that:
- financial and economic activities of enterprises, which formed a complete system of values with the needs and interests of industrial personnel and customers more efficient and socially directed;
- where the culture of the organization receives and divides the whole team, there the company has a competitive advantage (flexibility, occupation respective market segments, technological and organizational innovation) in certain market conditions;
- the level of organizational culture is one of the main conditions for the rapid adaptation of enterprises to the processes that take place in the external national and supranational environment;
- financial and economic activity of enterprises where human resources meets socio-cultural environment and the principles of organizational culture and requirements of strategic management, where the procedures and standards for selection, admission, training and operation of industrial personnel developed in accordance with the mission and objectives, more effective and high quality.
The purpose of the article is to investigate and determine the strategic directions in the work of managers of all levels for improving the organizational culture of the enterprise in a transitional economy.
Results. The article substantiates the main factors of self-regulation of business entities' activity, the stability of the enterprise and the stability of labor collectives. It was found out that organizational culture is one of the main conditions for adaptation of enterprises to socio-economic changes occurring in a market environment and an effective mechanism in the activity of enterprise’s management. The direct correlation between changes in the levels of organizational culture, efficiency, competitiveness and long-term competitiveness of the enterprise is proved. The main directions of raising the level and improvement of organizational culture in accordance with the mission and strategic tasks of enterprises are offered.
