INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY AND ADAPTABILITY OF BUSINESS IN CRISIS CONDITIONS BY USING AGILE-MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Introduction. In the conditions of uncertainty and informational stochasticity, it is extremely important for business organizations to be able to adapt to today's unstable environment. Today, the role of forming the concept of ensuring sustainable development and finding a way out of crisis conditions is growing. For Ukrainian economic space, these conditions are complicated by military aggression and the imposition of martial law on the state territory. In turn, it exacerbates the need to find ways to bring business out of a crisis situation and ensure self-regulation of management system. In this context, consideration of the prospects of using Agile management technologies in the activities of enterprises in order to ensure their necessary flexibility and adaptability to modern socio-economic conditions of business becomes especially relevant.
Purpose. The research aims at outlining the prospects for improving efficiency and achieving business adaptability in crisis conditions with the help of Agile management technologies in Ukraine.
Methods. There are used the following methods of scientific research: systematization in studying the interpretation of «flexible management» category and its key features; generalization in determining the benefits of using flexible management at enterprises in wartime conditions.
Results. The study substantiates the essence of Agile management. The properties that distinguish Agile management from traditional management are characterized. The advantages of using Agile management in business organizations management in crisis conditions in Ukraine are singled out. The main roles in the Agile team (manager, investor and customer) are described.
Originality. A proper definition of the term Agile-management is proposed, which should be understood as a set of management principles capable of ensuring prompt achievement of results by flexible and innovative approach to the performance of tasks under the conditions of the most efficient use of resources and the involvement of employees in team and value-oriented cooperation.
Conclusions. Dynamic changes in market environment of Ukraine and the world, constant transformation of global processes create some challenges to business organizations. A strategically oriented management system allows the organization to survive in long term, which is especially relevant in the conditions of worsening crisis phenomena in the national economy of Ukraine. Agile management differs from traditional management in both strategy and tactics. The innovative approach of Agile management is, first of all, the flexibility of the system. Agile technologies are a necessary attribute of nowaday, which in a new way shapes the values and principles of functioning of a successful business in conditions of uncertainty. Agile management technologies help solve many tasks related to enterprise management.
