SOCIAL EFFECTS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY

Abstract
Introduction. In the context of the fourth technological revolution, digitalization, not raw materials, is the "fuel" for the development of the world's economies, so in each sector of the economy there are transformational processes related to the introduction of new digital technologies that are designed to change the mechanisms and quality of management activities, improve the speed and efficiency of access to information and knowledge base, change the algorithms and manufacturability of production processes, targeted sales channels, service delivery algorithms, etc.
Purpose. To analyze the impact of the digital transformation of the economy on the national society in order to determine the main social effects of digitalization by describing the economic, financial, social, organizational and technological blocks based on the identification of basic and auxiliary conditions for using the effects of digitalization.
Results. The article identifies and describes the basic and auxiliary conditions that will shape the opportunities for society to use the effects of the digital transformation of Ukraine's economy in different contexts. The first group includes the minimum conditions necessary for members of society to use technology; the second group includes conditions that facilitate the practical use of digital technologies.
The article describes the economic, financial, social, organizational and technological blocks of social effects of economic transformation. The economic block of effects is associated with increasing the efficiency of the use of available and attracted resources, possible cost savings in the provision of services (including online), as well as accountability and control of authorities at both regional and national scales; financial - focused on the development of the digital format of financial services for members of society, as well as financial inclusion; social block - involves raising social standards and assistance in solving socially significant problems of society; organizational - strengthens the relationship and interaction of all stakeholders in the state, business, and society triangle, and opens up opportunities for the involvement of society members in decision-making at various levels; technological - strengthens and accelerates the development of the state's information and communication infrastructure, which further facilitates access to existing digital technologies for society members.
Originality. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the allocation of economic, financial, social, organizational and technological blocks of social effects of economic transformation with a detailed description of each block from the point of view of a positive impact on the life of people, communities and society as a whole.
Conclusions. The social effects of the digital transformation of Ukraine's economy will have a synergistic impact on the development of the national society on the way to the digital future and will help to bridge the digital divide between countries, regions and communities.
