THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Introduction. In the modern business environment, which is characterized by high dynamics and unpredictability, personnel management becomes a key factor in effective management in the organization. The main problem is the need to develop and implement optimal personnel management strategies in order to ensure sustainable growth and increase competitiveness. Changes in the economy, technology and sociocultural context require organizations to continuously adapt and improve management approaches. Issues of efficient use of resources, risk management and innovation are becoming key in the aspect of personnel management. This issue requires a deep analysis of the modern theory and practice of personnel management in order to identify the factors affecting the effectiveness of personnel management in the organization.
The purpose of this study is to disclose the theoretical aspects of personnel management as a factor of effective management in the organization.
Results. The study provides important conclusions about the possibility of optimizing management processes and developing an effective strategy in personnel management. These findings indicate the importance of strategic personnel management as a key factor in effective management in the organization.
Originality. New approaches to the analysis of strategic management of enterprise personnel development and opportunities are revealed, which makes the article unique in its kind.
Conclusions. The theoretical aspects of strategic personnel management are key to effective management in any organization. Understanding and application of strategic approaches in this area allow achieving certain goals and maintaining competitiveness in the market. Defining strategic goals for personnel management and aligning them with the overall strategy of the organization are important steps in the strategic management process. The implementation of the strategy involves not only changes in the personnel management system, but also the creation of a favorable environment for their successful implementation. In addition, constant monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the strategy allows you to identify shortcomings in time and correct the course of action. Overall, strategic personnel management is crucial for effective management, ensuring optimal use of human resources and stable development of the organization.
