Economic security european countries under of socio - economic threats

Abstract
The article examines the processes and threats of European integration in Ukraine. What is essential for the formation of mega economic space effectively stabilizing the economy as Ukraine and European states, under conditions of hybrid threats. Protection selecting strategic direction of cooperation at the mega level in the conditions of formation of the new socio-economic structure of Europe forming a socially oriented market economy. We study the core of threats, including one of them offshore, the necessity deofshoryzatsiyi economy. Choice concept proposed transnational provision of economic security based on periodization socio-economic development.
