Сassification of multimedia publishing house as new forms of doing business in conditions of information economy

Abstract
In this research, the analysis of information activities of a significant amount of multimedia publishing houses was carried out. Based on this analysis, signs of group of all set of multimedia publishing houses were identified, such as the relative independence of the business, the complexity and breadth of the range of multimedia products and services produced by multimedia publishers. Grouping of multimedia publishing houses on the values of these attributes allows identifying the characteristics of information activity and doing business by representatives of each of the groups. The given practical examples of the multimedia publishing houses entering into the selected groups allowed allocating strengths and weaknesses of such forms of business.
The classification presented in article orders all set of multimedia publishing houses on characteristic signs and is the basis for the development of adapted to the specifics of each type of mechanism of management and organizational support.Article Details
