The publication of manuscripts in the journal is subject to the coverage of administrative and publishing costs associated with the editorial and production process, technical support, typesetting, assignment of bibliographic identifiers, and ensuring open access to published materials.

The publication fee for one article is 1000 UAH. Payment is required only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication based on the results of a double-blind peer review process and a positive editorial decision.

The fact of payment does not in any way influence the peer-review process, editorial decision, or selection of manuscripts, and does not guarantee automatic publication. All submissions undergo a standard peer-review procedure in accordance with the journal’s editorial policy and international ethical publishing standards.

All published articles are made available under an Open Access model, ensuring free and unrestricted access for readers and promoting the wide dissemination of research findings within the global academic community.
