Authors who publish in the scientific journal Bulletin of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy. Series: Economic Sciences agree to the following terms.

1. Copyright Retention and Right of First Publication

Authors retain all moral and economic copyright to their work. Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, the Author(s) grant the Journal a non-exclusive right of first publication, as well as the right to reproduce, distribute, and communicate the article to the public in both print and electronic formats.

All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits anyone to copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt, and use the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the Author(s), the original publication in the Journal is properly acknowledged, a link to the CC BY 4.0 License is provided, and any modifications made are clearly indicated.

2. Authors' Rights After Publication

After publication, the Author(s) may, without obtaining additional permission from the Editorial Board:

• enter into additional non-exclusive agreements concerning the use or distribution of the article;
• deposit the article or its published version in institutional and subject repositories, on personal websites, researcher profile pages, and other open-access resources;
• reuse the article, in whole or in part, in their own scholarly works, dissertations, monographs, textbooks, conference proceedings, presentations, and other publications.

When reusing or redistributing the article, the Author(s) are encouraged to provide a full bibliographic reference to its first publication in the Bulletin of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy. Series: Economic Sciences.

3. Self-Archiving Policy

The Journal supports the principles of Open Science and permits and encourages Authors to deposit the submitted manuscript (Preprint), the Author Accepted Manuscript (AAM), and the published Version of Record (VoR) in institutional repositories, personal websites, and other open-access platforms.

Self-archiving promotes the dissemination of research results, fosters scholarly communication, enhances the accessibility of scientific publications, and increases their visibility and citation impact. When depositing the published Version of Record, Authors are encouraged to include the full bibliographic citation and a reference to the first publication in the Journal.

LICENSE TO PUBLISH
