Problems of economic development of Belarus and proposals for their solution

Abstract
This article discusses some of the features of the modern phase of the economies of the former Soviet States, including Belarus and Ukraine. Terms and factors, influencing on the dynamics of key indexes of socio-economic development, are investigated. The comparative analysis of terms of enterprises financing, their taxation is conducted, and also mechanisms of investors stimulation and motivations of the workers created in the developed countries and in countries with a transitional economy. On the basis of analysis the complex of the system constrained measures on overcoming of the crisis phenomena in the economies of post-soviet countries is offered.

The authors published in this journal agree with following conditions:
