The essence and conditions of business development in the agricultural sector

Abstract
The essence of entrepreneurship as a form of agricultural entrepreneurship is specified. The peculiarities of manifestation of systemic laws in agribusiness are investigated. Basic pre-conditions of development of agrarian enterprise in a country are considered. It is indicated that development of agrarian enterprise depends on the system action of internal, inter-branch and external factors. The terms of development of agrarian enterprise on the modern stage are considered. It is well-proven that development of enterprise must be based on the programs having a socioeconomic orientation. Such program development stipulates the necessity of forming of model allowing taking into account influence of basic parameters of economic activity on socio-economic efficiency.
