A role of organizational culture is in the labour relations of industrial enterprise

Abstract
The results of researches of scientists are generalized in relation to forming of organizational culture on an enterprise. The valued reference-points are considered at forming and introduction of modern model of organizational culture. Substantive provisions are systematized about the role of organizational culture on forming of positive image of leader of enterprise. Reference-points are considered at forming and introduction of modern organizational culture. The own model of organizational cultures forming on enterprise is offered.

The authors published in this journal agree with following conditions:
1.
