Abstract

Introduction. The article clarifies the essence and key features of business protocol in a multicultural environment.


Purpose. Justification of the need to establish clear business procedures in a multicultural environment based on the principles of modern business ethics, effective methods of group dynamics, and the development of efficient channels of team communication that take into account the cultural codes of different nations.


Methods. Theoretical analysis of the main modern trends in the development of business etiquette in a multicultural environment.


Results. It has been demonstrated that business ethics serves as the foundation of business relations, as it shapes a system of norms and rules of conduct that ensure effective information exchange among colleagues, partners, and clients. It contributes to creating a favorable microclimate within the team, facilitates the establishment of productive cooperation, and serves as a guiding framework that helps avoid misunderstandings and prevent conflicts.


Originality. The role of business protocol in a multicultural environment is substantiated as a tool for enhancing the effectiveness of team interaction and managing cultural diversity.


Conclusion. Multicultural teams in a globalized environment demonstrate high potential due to the combination of diverse cultural approaches, professional experience, and cognitive strategies, which, when properly managed, enhances innovation and interaction effectiveness. The rational application of business ethics and business protocol in such an environment minimizes the risk of misunderstandings, transforms cultural diversity into a strategic advantage, and contributes to increased effectiveness of international partnerships.
