THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN FORMING THE GEO-ECONOMIC STRATEGY OF UKRAINE'S POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION
Main Article Content
Abstract
Introduction. The current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by the growing role of technological innovations, which determine new approaches to the formation of economic dynamics and international interaction. The gradual combination of digital solutions with traditional management mechanisms changes the structure of economic processes, forms new types of competitive advantages and transforms the strategic orientations of states. In such conditions, digital transformation and geo-economic strategy appear as interrelated factors that determine the country's ability to adapt to global trends and ensure sustainable development.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of digital transformation in shaping the geo-economic strategy of Ukraine's post-war recovery, identify key areas of using digital technologies in the processes of economic modernization and strengthening the state's competitiveness in global markets.
Results. The article examines the role of digital transformation in the formation of the geo-economic strategy of post-war recovery of Ukraine. The essence of the category of digital transformation in the context of the formation of a geo-economic strategy is determined. The methodological relationship between technological changes and geo-economic priorities of the state is outlined, forming the basis for the development of strategic approaches to the integrated use of digital potential. The key directions of digital transformation of Ukraine in the context of post-war recovery and their impact on economic sovereignty are characterized. It is determined that a critically important direction for Ukraine is the deepening of digital integration with the European Union, which involves the harmonization of standards, technical compatibility of infrastructure and the gradual inclusion of our state into a single European digital space. The tourism sector is highlighted as one of the key directions of post-war recovery of Ukraine. Promising directions for the development of the digital geo-economic strategy of Ukraine are indicated, which reflect the need for comprehensive modernization of the country based on innovation, openness and integration into global markets. Each of the described areas covers key segments of development that can ensure accelerated economic growth and increase Ukraine's innovation capacity.
Conclusion. Digital transformation is one of the key factors in the formation of the geo-economic strategy for the post-war recovery of Ukraine. In modern conditions, it serves as a fundamental basis for the modernization of the national economy, strengthening its resilience and increasing competitiveness in global markets. The analysis showed that digital technologies form new mechanisms of economic interaction, enhance the transparency of state institutions and create conditions for the integration of Ukraine into the global digital space. At the same time, the results of the study indicate the presence of systemic challenges that accompany the digital transformation: post-war destruction of infrastructure, lack of qualified personnel, cyber threats and uneven access to digital services.
